Associates can only accept Aetna and Cigna under supervisory/incident billing practices. Ask your therapist for more details.

Is your plan not on the list? We are willing to provide you with a superbill for you to seek potential out of network reimbursement from your plan.

What is the out of pocket rate?

Licensed professional- $155 per session.

Associate Professional (under supervision)- $100 per session.

What is the no show and late cancelation policy?

To avoid a late cancelation or no show fee, please provide 24 hours notice to your provider via email or leave a voicemail 706-617-5510.
